Scheduled Trips

No visit to Poole is complete without a high speed trip along our stunning coastline onboard Watershed IV.

Departing from outside the orange and white ticket box on Poole Quay, we offer regular scheduled trips viewing Poole Harbour, The Jurassic Coast, Bournemouth and Sandbanks.

Scheduled trips include:

Sandbanks, PooleTrip 1  Depart Poole Quay and motor through the tranquil waters of Poole Harbour, passing Brownsea Island. Once outside the harbour limits we head at high speed into Studland Bay, where we will demonstrate the boat's exhilarating performance. After viewing the dramatic cliff formation of Old Harry Rocks at the eastern end of the Jurassic Coast we turn and head into Poole Bay and towards Sandbanks, playground of the rich and famous. Here we cruise past the award winning beaches and view the staggering properties along Millionaire’s Row. From there we return to our departure point on Poole Quay

Trip 2
  As trip 1, with a detour to view Bournemouth from the sea before returning via Sandbanks.
Trip Duration: 1 ¼ hours (approx 17 miles, 10 miles at high speed)

Trip 3 
After leaving Poole Harbour we head west along the stunning Jurassic Coast, passing Swanage, Durlston, Anvil Point and head towards Chapman’s Pool. You will be left in no doubt why UNESCO granted this coastline “World Heritage” status. The scenery is simply breathtaking….. a truly memorable excursion.
Trip Duration: 2 hours  (approx 30 miles, 23 miles at high speed)

Timetables change weekly, and are displayed at the ticket box every Monday morning.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: These trips are not suitable for children under 8, pregnant women or those suffering with bad backs.
All trips are subject to weather / sea conditions and minimum passenger numbers (minimum 3 passengers for most trips)
